GARMENT PRINTING ON LIGHT FABRICS

Our Garment Printer allows us to print directly from our computer without all the set-up mess and high cost of traditional screen printing machines.  This printer was developed using water based inks to retain the soft feel, wide color gamut, brightness, high resolution and wash-ability of regular screen printing. Our new inkjet printer prints on most garments in full color, and can print as large as 14” x 16” printable space.  The colors do not bleed through the fabrics either.  You can print on white, light or pastel colored shirts and some darker colors but check with our offices.  We can not print on black due to the fact that the machine doesn’t print white ink.

These designs are every bit as durable as traditional screen printing.  However unlike traditional screenprinting, you can use a jpeg or tif image as well as the traditional art programs, illustrator , corel draw, or Photoshop.  You can email your design to us at graphics@embroidery-unlimited.com . We use 4 color process with CMYK. There are also NO SCREEN CHARGES so there are no Minimums involved.  We also provide printing on both sides of the garment. 

Turnaround using this machine is usually about a week but garments can be produced more quickly when necessary.
